NCSBC’s third cohort of the Sustainable Business Certification Course will start this spring—with new tools, fresh insights, and even more support for small businesses.

Developed specifically for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and mid-size companies, this course helps participants reduce costs, strengthen their brand, attract customers and employees, and build a more resilient business through practical sustainability strategies.

Based on the feedback and outcomes from our first two cohorts, we developed a new online progress and opportunity-tracking tool for Cohort 3.

This new tool will help businesses:

• Identify the best sustainability opportunities for your business

• Track progress toward certification step-by-step

• Discover new opportunities to save money, improve operations, and strengthen community impact

• Organize resources and action items in one place

• Measure savings and impact over time

Participants will receive a personalized roadmap tailored to their business, along with their certification certificate and decal to display at the business and on their website.

We are also bringing back several of our most popular speakers, including business owners who will share how sustainable practices have helped them grow their businesses. Participants will also hear from a sustainable marketing specialist and the amazing J. Kim Wright, attorney and co-creator of the patented “Conscious Contract Process,” will share legal strategies for building stronger, more values-driven businesses.
